SOFTWARE LICENSING

All licenses are subject to C-spec Software End User License Agreement (EULA)

After download and setup, all WeldOffice® modules run in demo mode with some features disabled. Conversion of the programs to full mode requires payment of applicable license fees and a simple on-line activation.

Each user profile requires it's own unique Registration Code in order to run the licensed software in unrestricted full mode. Registration Codes are provided to all registered users either by email or by telephone upon verification of software license purchase.

Standard (N3) multi-user network license allows installation, registration and software use in unrestricted full mode under a total of three (3) user profiles on either standalone or networked computers. License may also be purchased for any number of additional user profiles.

Each user profile requires it's own unique Registration Code in order to run the licensed software in unrestricted full mode.

Enterprise (CL) license includes unlimited number of user profiles and computers, where all computers must be either owned or leased by the Licensee. The license extends to a single and unique corporate name only. Subsidiaries and/or partner companies require a separate license.

Each user profile requires it's own unique Registration Code in order to run the licensed software in unrestricted full mode. Registration codes will be released only to personnel authorized by the Licensee. Licensee must provide C-spec with a list of individuals authorized by the Licensee to perform registrations on behalf of the Licensee (e.g. IT department personnel, Corporate Welding Engineer etc.).

Updates Welding code (ASME, AWS or ISO) dependent software modules are revised annually reflecting the changes of the latest welding code edition and/or addenda. Updates are made available for download before the mandatory Code date to licensed Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) subscribers only.

Purchase of the Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) subscription is required in order to receive code updates for the licensed software module. The starting AMS expiration date is set as the date of the purchase of the original license. A new license purchase includes one year of Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) with the expiration date set one year from the original license purchase date.

AMS subscription must be continuous in order to receive technical support, registration codes, upgrades and critical code updates on time.

C-spec solely at its discretion may allow licensed AMS subscribers in good standing to post-pay their expired AMS, provided the subscription has not expired for more than 2 years. AMS expiration of more than 2 years, requires purchase of a new license.

Technical support, registration service, software upgrades plus Code updates are included in Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) subscription for a period of twelve (12) months. AMS subscription includes code depended updates published by ASME, AWS and ISO on or prior to the AMS expiration date.

AMS subscriptions may be purchased individually or in multiples in order to further extend the expiration date. The AMS subscription published prices apply at the time of AMS order placement. Prices may be periodically revised at C-spec's discretion.

Formal quote is a non-binding proforma invoice provided with secure online payment options. The invoice becomes binding after receipt of payment or receipt of a signed Purchase Order on your company's letterhead.
